02How projects are agreed
This site describes our services. Nothing is ordered or paid for through it, and nothing on it is an offer to build a particular site at a particular price.
Every project is quoted individually after the brief call. The written quote or agreement we both accept sets the scope, the fixed price and any tax on it, the payment terms, the schedule, revisions and what is handed over at launch. If anything there differs from what this site says, the quote or agreement applies.
Timelines on this site, such as about six weeks from brief to launch, describe how a project usually runs. The dates for your project are the ones in your quote.
03Using this site
You are free to read and share this site. Please do not try to disrupt or overload it, get into any part of it that is not public, or present its design or code as your own work.
04Content and ownership
The text, design, code and graphics of this site, and the Nexus Digital name and logo, belong to Nexus Digital unless stated otherwise. You may link to any page and quote short passages with credit. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.
The names, logos and screenshots shown under selected work belong to the businesses concerned and are shown to illustrate our work. The site also uses open source software and typefaces, each under its own licence.
Who owns a client’s website, and on what terms, is set in that client’s quote or agreement.
05Links to other sites
The work cards link to our clients’ websites, and the contact links open WhatsApp, your email app or your messages. We do not run those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
06Liability
We keep this site accurate, but its content is general information, and the site may sometimes be unavailable or out of date. As far as Lebanese law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on that general information or by the site being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud or gross fault. Liability for a project is governed by that project’s quote or agreement.
07Privacy
This site has no forms, sets no cookies and runs no analytics. What happens to the details you send us is in the privacy policy.
08Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Lebanese law. If a problem comes up, write to us first and we will try to settle it directly. If we cannot, the competent Lebanese courts have jurisdiction.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the studio or the site changes. The date at the top moves when they do, and the version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.
