Can I take card payments in Lebanon?
Yes, through a payment provider with a Lebanese merchant account. Which one depends on your bank and is settled at the brief.
Do I need Shopify?
No. The store is built for you and you own it. There is no platform subscription and no transaction fee to us.
Can I add products myself?
Yes. Depending on the size of the store, products live in a file you edit or in an admin page. The handover includes a walkthrough.
How does WhatsApp ordering work?
The customer adds items to a basket on the site and taps order. WhatsApp opens on their phone with the items, quantities and total already written, and the conversation continues there.
