Nexus Digital, a web design studio based in Beirut, Lebanon, is responsible for your personal data: the data processing officer under Lebanese Law No. 81 of 2018.

02What we collect

When you contact us. If you email, message us on WhatsApp or send a text, we receive whatever you send and the details your app attaches to it: usually your name, email address or phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and photo if you have set them, and the content of the message, such as what your business does and what the site has to achieve.

Everything you send is your choice. Nothing is mandatory, but without a way to reach you we cannot reply or quote.

If you become a client. We also hold what a project needs: the contact details of the people we work with, the brief, the content and files you give us for the site, and the quotes, invoices and correspondence for the project.

When you visit this site. Like every web host, ours (Vercel) receives the technical details any browser sends with a request: your IP address, browser and device type, the page asked for and the time. Vercel uses them to deliver the page and protect the service. We do not use them to identify visitors.

The pages with the moving glass background also load one code library, Three.js, from unpkg.com, a public code delivery network. Fetching it sends that network the same kind of technical request details. These legal pages do not load it.

03What this site does not collect

• No cookies, and nothing stored in your browser’s local storage.
• No analytics, visitor statistics or session recording.
• No advertising or tracking pixels, from Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok or anyone else.
• No forms, accounts, logins or newsletter.
• No embedded maps, videos or social feeds. The typefaces are served from this site, not from Google Fonts.

Because nothing here is set or read in your browser, there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first, and anything non-essential will ask before it runs.

04Why we use it

• To reply to you, and to prepare the fixed price and start date you asked for.
• To carry out a project once you have agreed to one, and to support the site after launch.
• To keep the accounting and tax records Lebanese law requires.
• To deliver this website and keep it secure (the hosting data above).

We use your details only for these purposes.

05Who else receives it

Your details are seen by the people who run Nexus Digital. The services below also carry or store them as part of how they work:

• Microsoft, which runs the Outlook.com mailbox our email address uses.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us there.
• Your mobile network and ours, if you send a text.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• unpkg, the code network described in section 2.

Each of these handles data under its own privacy policy. Beyond them, we share your data only where the law requires it, for example with a court or a tax authority.

06Data held outside Lebanon

Microsoft, Meta, Vercel and unpkg are based outside Lebanon and run servers in several countries, so data sent through them is stored or processed abroad, including in the United States. We use them because they are the channels you are already using to reach us.

07How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become a project: only as long as they are useful for replying to you.
• Client project records: for as long as the project and its support last, and invoices for as long as Lebanese accounting and tax law requires.
• Hosting request data: kept by Vercel for the limited period its own policy sets.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner. See section 9.

08Security

This site is served over HTTPS only, and because it has no forms or database, it stores nothing you send. Your messages stay in the email and WhatsApp accounts listed in section 5.

09Your rights

Under Lebanese Law No. 81 of 2018 you, or your heirs, can:

• ask whether we hold personal data about you, and get a copy of it in a form you can read;
• ask what it is used for, where it came from and who it has been sent to;
• have it corrected, completed, updated or erased if it is wrong, incomplete, out of date or no longer needed;
• object, for legitimate reasons, to us processing it, including for promoting our services.

Email nexusdigital.inc@outlook.com with your request. We may ask you to confirm it is you. Corrections and deletions are free and are made within ten days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can take the matter to the competent Lebanese courts.

10Changes to this policy

If what we collect or the services we use change, this page changes with them, and the date at the top moves. The terms for using the site are in the terms and conditions.
